Job summary

DLM Pro in Wilmington, DE is seeking drivers for a dedicated container fleet. You’ll run no-touch container freight with home time most days, including occasional overnights, and average about 1,700 miles per week across the Mid-Atlantic and Northeast.

You’ll operate modern Kenworth T680 or Freightliner Cascadia tractors in slip-seat operation, with hourly pay from $26–$29 and weekly earnings of $1,500–$1,600, plus a $500 transition bonus and a $3,000 driver referral bonus.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months of container or tanker experience within the last 3 years.
• TWIC card required (reimbursement available).
• Comfortable with overnight driving, weekends and holidays.
• Must be able to run all assigned lanes and adapt to schedule changes.
• Strong safety record and commitment to customer service.
• No pets, passengers, or smoking in equipment.

• $1,500 weekly guaranteed pay during the first 30 days (must be available for full dispatch schedule)
