You will operate 48–53-foot tractor-trailers, verify loads, and complete required delivery documents while adhering to DOT regulations and company safety standards.

This full-time role offers home daily service with night, weekend, and holiday shifts, contributing to a 24/7 essential operation and a customer-focused distribution team.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL and clean driving record.
• 9–10 months verifiable on-the-road driving experience.
• Ability to operate 48–53-foot tractor-trailers.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a 48-53-foot tractor-trailer to deliver groceries from the Jessup DC to stores across DC/MD/VA/DE/PA.
• Load verification and timely delivery to stores.
• Complete delivery documents and logs as required by DOT and company policies.
• Follow routes, schedules, and hours-of-service requirements.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections and report maintenance issues.
• Maintain professional, customer-focused demeanor at delivery locations.
• Work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays in a 24/7 operation.
