Job summary

Pratt Logistics is seeking a Class A CDL truck driver to operate a tractor-trailer on assigned routes in Ohio. You will deliver freight on time, perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections, and maintain DOT documentation while adhering to safety standards.

Expect daily home time, competitive pay of $23/hour, plus a $2,200 sign-on bonus, a $1,000 referral bonus, and full benefits including medical, dental, vision, 401(k), and PTO.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL without airbrake restrictions from the state of domicile.
• Three years of verifiable CMV operation experience (12 months or 150,000 miles).
• Read, write, speak and understand English clearly.
• DOT requirements: 7-year MVR with application; all past 10 years must be verifiable.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a Class A tractor-trailer on assigned routes.
• Deliver freight safely and on time.
• Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections.
• Maintain DOT and delivery documentation.
• Communicate with dispatch and customers professionally.
• Follow all DOT, FMCSA, and company safety requirements.
