Pratt Logistics is seeking professional Class A CDL drivers for California routes, offering daily home time and a stable career. You will operate a Class A tractor-trailer on assigned routes, deliver freight on time, and maintain safety standards.

We provide late-model equipment plus full benefits (medical, dental, vision, 401(k)) and paid time off; sign-on bonus $2,200 and referral bonus $1,000. Salinas and Oceanside openings with 80% drop-and-hook.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL.
• Minimum 1 year of commercial driving experience.
• Safe driving history and clean DOT record.
• Ability to meet DOT requirements and CA regulations.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a Class A tractor-trailer on assigned routes.
• Deliver freight safely and on time.
• Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections.
• Maintain DOT and delivery documentation.
• Communicate with dispatch and customers professionally.
• Follow all DOT, FMCSA, and company safety requirements.
