Job summary

Pratt Logistics is hiring professional Class A truck drivers for routes in Salinas, CA and Oceanside, CA. Earn $26 per hour with daily home time and a $2,200 sign-on bonus plus a $1,000 referral bonus.

Drivers operate mostly drop & hook freight with late-model equipment and full benefits including medical, dental, vision, 401(k), and paid time off. Minimum 1 year of experience and a clean DOT record required.

Qualifications

• Must have valid Class A CDL.
• Minimum 1 year of commercial driving experience.
• Must maintain safe driving record and comply with DOT.
• Commitment to safety and professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a Class A tractor-trailer on assigned routes.
• Deliver freight safely and on time.
• Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections.
• Maintain DOT and delivery documentation; communicate with dispatch and customers.
• Follow all DOT, FMCSA, and company safety requirements.
