Job summary

EnviroServe, a Clean Harbors company, in Phoenix, AZ, is seeking a Class A CDL Driver to operate a variety of heavy and light trucks at our customer sites; some of the vehicles operated include vacuum trucks, Cuscos, guzzlers, and roll offs. This role is responsible for performing driving and non-driving duties on and off customer sites associated with hazardous waste clean-up.

We emphasize safety and compliance with DOT rules, and require a valid CDL with the ability to obtain HazMat and Tanker

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL required.
• Hazmat and Tanker endorsements must be obtained within 90 days.
• Must be able to pass background check, drug test, and physical.
• Respiratory protection standards awareness per OSHA rules.

Responsibilities

• Operate commercial trucks and assist field laborers on-site.
• Drive a variety of Class A trucks and load/unload cargo.
• Maintain daily logs, time sheets and reports.
• Comply with DOT, state and federal regulations.
• On-call for emergency response on rotating basis.
• Handle site remediation and hazardous materials as needed.
