One Stop CDL Solutions is hiring Class A CDL drivers for local home daily shifts in Southwest Florida. Positions cover Cape Coral and nearby cities with night schedules and weekend work as required.

Expect no-touch freight with live unloads, consistent high-volume lanes, and 24/7 dispatcher support. Earn weekly pay from $1,200 to $1,400 plus bonuses and comprehensive benefits after 30 days.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years old and have a Valid Class A CDL.
• 6 months' experience or training accepted.
• No DUIs in the last 10 years (5 years if non-CDL holder).
• No more than 1 DOT preventable loss in last 2 years.
• No more than 3 preventable accidents in last 2 years.
• No major preventable accidents in last 5 years.
• No serious violations in last year.
• No drug-related convictions in last 5 years.

Responsibilities

• Operate local Southwest Florida routes with home daily schedule.
• Meet DOT and safety requirements and perform live unloads as needed.
• Maintain consistent, high-volume freight lanes and reliable weekly pay.
• Communicate with dispatch and adapt to night-shift schedules.
