Quirch Foods, a leading food distributor, is seeking a CDL-A Driver in Texas to deliver products, perform pre/post-trip inspections, load/unload, and ensure DOT safety compliance.

Maintaining required certifications, building product knowledge, and delivering excellent customer service are essential. Candidates must have a clean driving record, at least 1 year of driving experience, and pass pre-employment drug screening and background checks.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL with a clean driving record.
• Minimum 1 year of commercial driving experience.
• Must present a valid interstate Medical Card.
• Must lift up to 100 pounds regularly.
• Must communicate in English regarding job safety.
• Must pass pre-employment drug screen and background check.
• Meets Quirch Foods minimum requirements.

Responsibilities

• Operate a CMV for delivery of products in varying traffic and weather.
• Perform pre- and post-trip inspections; ensure correct products and complete paperwork; collect invoices.
• Load and unload products for customers.
• Maintain required DOT and company safety certifications.
• Develop product knowledge, inventory controls, and procedures.
• Provide exceptional customer service.
• Other duties as assigned.
