Job summary

Bunzl is seeking a Driver to safely operate Class A tractors and other commercial vehicles. You will perform pre-trip inspections, deliver goods locally and long-distance, and ensure compliance with safety regulations.

Requirements include a valid CDL, clean driving record, ability to lift 30 pounds, and DOT/ELD knowledge. GPS experience is a plus. Earn with weekly pay options and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL.
• Clean driving record.
• Ability to operate a variety of commercial vehicles.
• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds.
• Pass background checks and drug tests; maintain an active medical card.
• Knowledge of DOT regulations and ELD compliance.
• Preferred: at least 2 years of driving experience.
• Experience with GPS and routing software.

Responsibilities

• Safely drive and operate a Class A tractor-trailer or other commercial vehicles.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle.
• Deliver goods to customer locations, local and long-distance.
• Adhere to traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies.
• Maintain a clean driving record and timely submission of logs and paperwork.
• Manage cargo loading/unloading and ensure items are safely secured.
• Report vehicle issues to management immediately.
