Job summary

Bunzl Distribution NA is seeking a Class A CDL driver in Utah. You will safely operate a tractor-trailer, perform inspections, and deliver goods to customer locations both locally and over long distances.

The role requires clean driving records, adherence to safety rules, and the ability to pass background checks and drug tests. The position offers a 4am start, 4-10 hour days, Tuesday–Friday schedule with weekends off, and includes comprehensive benefits and a 401(k) plan.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL.
• Clean driving record per fleet safety standards.
• Operate a variety of commercial vehicles.
• Lift up to 30 pounds and assist with loading/unloading.
• Strong safety knowledge and best practices.
• Excellent communication and time-management skills.
• Pass background check, drug tests, and maintain a medical card.
• Knowledge of DOT regulations and ELD compliance.
• Must be able to do overnight runs.

Responsibilities

• Safely drive and operate a Class A tractor-trailer or other commercial vehicles.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle.
• Deliver goods timely and safely to customer locations, local and long-distance.
• Adhere to traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies.
• Maintain a clean driving record and submit logs/paperwork on time.
• Manage cargo loading/unloading and ensure items are secured.
