Job summary

Shared Medical Services, Inc. is seeking a Class A CDL Driver to transport mobile imaging equipment on dedicated routes, locally based with reliable scheduling.

You will set up and tear down equipment, escort patients, and handle light administrative tasks while adhering to DOT rules. This role includes overnight stays with lodging and per diems.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL required.
• Ability to follow DOT rules and regulations.
• Willingness to be based locally with a schedule including overnights.
• Comfort with escorting patients and providing care.

Responsibilities

• Safely transport trailer/mobile equipment along a dedicated route.
• Set-up and tear-down of the mobile imaging trailer at each location.
• Escort patients from the facility to the mobile unit.
• Handle light administrative tasks including time/activity reports, logs, and equipment inspection records.

We're hiring a Class A CDL Driver to be a vital part of our ONETEAM, transporting advanced mobile imaging equipment along dedicated routes. This isn't long-haul - it's a full-time, locally based role with reliable scheduling, consistent routes, and the chance to be part of something truly meaningful.

What You'll Do:

• Safely transport our trailer/mobile equipment to medical facilities along a dedicated route, following all DOT rules and regulations
• Conduct set-up and tear-down of the mobile imaging trailer at each location
• Escort patients from the medical facility to the mobile unit, delivering comfort, safety, and care with every interaction (we'll train you!)
• Handle light administrative tasks including time/activity reports, billing forms, drivers' logs, and equipment inspection records

Your Schedule:

• 3-4 days per week on a monthly rotating schedule
• 2-3 overnights per week with paid hotel lodging for overnight stays
