Our goal is simple, to be the most respected dealership by living our PRO values: Professionalism, Respect, and Outstanding Service.

At LandPro Equipment, our team members aren’t just employees, they’re PROs.

A Day in the Life of a CDL Driver (Class A)

As a CDL Driver (Class A), your day may begin by loading equipment for delivery, reviewing your route, and ensuring all paperwork is in order. From there, you’ll transport equipment to customer locations or between LandPro dealerships using a tractor trailer or other assigned vehicles.

You’ll interact directly with customers during deliveries and pickups, secure loads properly, gather signatures, and represent LandPro professionally on the road and at each stop.

You may also provide basic operating guidance to customers and help ensure equipment arrives ready to work.

When not transporting equipment, you'll assist with equipment preparation, inspections, and delivery readiness to support dealership operations.

This is a role for someone who values independence, responsibility, and doing things the right way.

Every day is different, but the goal is always the same: deliver safely, support the team, and take care of the customer.

What You’ll Do

As a CDL Driver (Class A), you will:

  • safely transport equipment to and from customer locations and LandPro facilities
  • load, unload, and secure equipment for transport using proper tie-down and safety procedures

  • maintain accurate pickup, delivery, mileage, and time records
  • obtain required customer signatures, receipts, and delivery documentation
  • maintain DOT, Clearinghouse, OSHA, and company compliance requirements
  • perform pre-trip/post-trip inspections and report maintenance needs promptly
  • help maintain assigned trucks, trailers, and equipment in good working condition
  • provide customers with basic equipment operating guidance when needed
  • deliver dependable service that reflects outstanding service
  • work closely with internal teams to support dealership operations
  • assist with equipment setup, assembly, and attachment installation
  • preform pre-delivery inspections to verify equipment is operating properly before delivery
What You Bring

You’ll be a great fit for this CDL Driver (Class A) role if you:

  • take safety seriously and operate with professionalism
  • enjoy being on the road while still interacting with customers
  • represent the company well in face-to-face situations
  • are dependable, organized, and self-motivated

  • strong time management and route planning skills
  • ability to lift, climb, and work around equipment safely
  • high school diploma or equivalent experience
