Job summary

J Rose Logistics is seeking a Class A CDL Dedicated Regional Truck Driver to run Florida-based, home weekly routes out of Ocala with a 34-hour weekend reset. This touch-freight position features brand-new automatic sleepers and take-home truck privileges.

You will earn weekly pay between $1,400 and $1,600, with competitive base rates and lucrative unload pay. Home time, reliable schedules, and a stable W2 environment are provided, along with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL is required.
• Minimum of 3 months of verifiable solo Class A CDL tractor-trailer driving experience.
• Must reside within 50 miles of Pompano Beach, FL.
• Must be physically capable of unloading using a roller system.
• Must pass DOT physical, background check, and drug/alcohol screening.

Responsibilities

• Operate regional Florida routes from the Ocala distribution center.
• Unload freight at customer locations using the company-provided roller conveyor.
• Maintain safe driving practices and on-time deliveries; follow company policies.

Job Description

We areseeking active, hardworking Class A CDL drivers for a premium, dedicated regional account. This position originates out of Ocala, FL, with a residency requirement in the Pompano Beach area.

This is a specialized, active touch-freight position perfect for drivers who want to maximize their earning potential and stay physically fit rather than just sitting behind the wheel all day. Run predictable regional routes, pull in excellent unload bonuses, and drive brand-new equipment that you can take home for your weekly resets! We treat our drivers with the utmost respect and provide a stable, well-supported environment.

Pay & Compensation

• Weekly Earnings: $1,400 – $1,600 average weekly pay
• Pay Structure: Competitive base band rates (based on experience) plus lucrative unload pay for every trailer completed.
• Classification: Full-time, W2 position with consistent, year-round freight.

Schedule & Home Time

• Home Time: Home weekly for a full 34-hour weekend reset.
• Frequency: 3 high-yielding turns per week, averaging 3 to 5 stops per load.
• Operating Area: Stable, predictable regional routes entirely within the state of Florida (including Miami, Fort Myers, the Florida Keys, Tampa, and Orlando). All routes originate from the dedicated distribution center in Ocala, FL.

Freight & Equipment

• Freight Type: Dedicated retail freight. This is a touch-freight position requiring unloading via a company-provided roller conveyor system at customer retail locations.
• Equipment: Brand-new automatic sleeper trucks.
• Convenience: Take-home truck privileges allowed (requires a safe parking location).

Minimum Requirements

• License: Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL).
• Experience: Minimum of 3 months of verifiable solo Class A CDL tractor-trailer driving experience.
• Location: Must reside within 50 miles of Pompano Beach, FL.
• Physical Stamina: Must be physically capable of performing repetitive touch-freight duties and unloading full trailers using a roller system.
• Home Parking: Must have a safe, secure location to park a commercial tractor-trailer during weekly home time.
• Safety & Background: Must pass a standard Department of Transportation (DOT) physical, background check, and drug/alcohol screening.
