Job summary

Triumvirate Environmental is seeking a Regional Driver (Greater Midwest) for our Indianapolis, IN location to safely transport hazardous and non-hazardous materials. You will operate Class A commercial vehicles, perform vehicle inspections, and maintain digital logs in compliance with DOT regulations.

This role requires a valid Class A CDL with 1–3+ years of driving experience, a strong safety mindset, and the ability to work independently or with a team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Valid Class A CDL with 1–3+ years of driving experience and a clean driving record.
• Commitment to safety and environmental compliance.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Must have reliable transportation and pass assessments (MVR, background, pre-employment physical, drug screen).

Responsibilities

• Safely operate commercial vehicles (tankers, tractor-trailers, box trucks) in compliance with regulations.
• Transport hazardous and non-hazardous waste to disposal or recycling facilities.
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections.
• Maintain accurate digital logs and DOT records.
• Complete manifest paperwork accurately.
• Communicate with dispatch and clients to ensure timely deliveries.
• Assist with loading/unloading and properly secure loads.
• Participate in ongoing safety training and development.

In this role you will safely transport hazardous and non-hazardous materials to various locations, ensuring compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations.

This highly motivated & safety-first individual will be responsible for operating Class A commercial vehicles, conducting vehicle inspections, maintaining accurate digital logs, and adhering to safety policies and procedures.

Responsibilities:

• Safely operate commercial vehicles, including but not limited to tanker, tractor-trailers and box trucks, in compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations.
• Transport hazardous and non-hazardous waste materials to disposal or recycling facilities.
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of vehicles, ensuring they are in safe operating condition.
• Maintain accurate digital logs of working hours, vehicle service, and repair status, following all applicable DOT regulations.
• Complete all required manifest paperwork and documentation accurately.
• Communicate effectively with dispatch, supervisors, and clients to ensure timely and accurate delivery of services.
• Assist with loading and unloading of materials as needed.
• Properly secure load to ensure safe & compliant transportation of materials.
• Participate in ongoing training and development programs to maintain industry knowledge and skills.

Basic Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License, 1-3+of commercial driving experience with a clean driving record
• Strong commitment to safety and environmental compliance
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Must have a reliable form of transportation
• Must be willing to consent to Motor Vehicle Record screening, criminal background check, pre-employment physical, and drug screen (inclusive of THC)
• Upon employment, you will be required to participate in a random drug screening program (inclusive of THC) as part of our company’s commitment to maintaining a safe and healthy work environment
• Must be able to pass the company physical
• Must be available to work flexible hours Monday through Friday, including long-distance travel and overnight stays
• Ability to work overtime on a regular basis
• The Driver position frequently handles hazardous chemicals and biological waste.This role is considered safety-sensitive
• Must be eligible to work in the United States without future sponsorship

Preferred Requirements:

• Previous experience in environmental services or related field
• Tanker experience preferred

Pay Range

$32 - $35 USD
