Job summary

Staffmark is seeking a Class A CDL Driver in Harrisburg, PA, offering $35.42 per hour. You will operate a Class A tractor-trailer on local routes, transporting U.S. Mail and ensuring on-time deliveries while performing pre- and post-trip inspections and maintaining DOT compliance.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 22 years of age.
• Valid Class A CDL.
• Minimum 9 months of recent tractor-trailer experience operating dry van and/or reefer equipment.
• Must have at least 1 year of CDL driving experience within the past 3 years.
• Strong knowledge of DOT regulations, FMCSA compliance requirements, and safe driving practices.
• Clean MVR required.
• No at-fault accidents accepted.
• Professional attitude with strong communication skills and reliable attendance.

• Transport mail between designated locations while maintaining delivery schedules.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections.

What You Will Do

As a Class A CDL Driver you will safely operate vehicles to transport goods, materials, or equipment while following established routes, schedules, and safety regulations. You will perform vehicle inspections, maintain required documentation, communicate with dispatch or customers as needed, and help ensure deliveries are completed safely, accurately, and on time while maintaining a professional appearance and commitment to customer service.

A Class A CDL Driver is responsible for transporting goods safely, efficiently, and professionally while supporting the movement of products throughout the supply chain.
