JROSE LOGISTICS is hiring experienced Class A drivers for a premier Dedicated Regional Fleet. This W2 role offers elite mileage and guaranteed weekly home time, with no heavy mountain grades and steady freight even in slow seasons.

Expect premium mileage of 2,400–2,500 miles weekly and top-tier pay of $0.65 per mile, averaging $1,500–$1,650 gross per week. Home weekends after 5.5 days on the road, with a 34–48 hour reset, and lanes covering IN, OH, PA, and the South.

• Active Class A CDL license.
• Verifiable OTR or Regional experience required: 1 year in past 24 months or 6 months in past 12 months.
• Local driving experience cannot be accepted for this position.

We are immediately filling a limited number of high-priority openings on our premier Dedicated Regional Fleet. If you are an experienced Class A driver looking to upgrade your current lane, this W2 position offers the perfect balance of elite mileage volume and guaranteed weekly home time.

This specific account bypasses the usual headaches of regional driving- no heavy mountain grades, minimal dock delays, and steady freight even during typical "slow" seasons.

Position Highlights:

• Premium Mileage: 2,400 to 2,500 average miles every single week.
• Top-Tier Compensation: $0.65 CPM / $1,500 to $1,650 gross weekly average.
• Work-Life Balance: 5.5 days on the road, followed by a reliable 34-48 hour weekend reset at home.
• Lanes Covered: High-volume lanes East of I-35 (including high-density freight in IN, OH, PA, and the South).

Experience Prerequisites:

• Active Class A CDL license.
• Solid, professional safety record.
• Verifiable OTR or Regional experience is strictly required: Either 1 year within the past 24 months OR 6 months within the past 12 months. (Local driving experience cannot be accepted for this position).
