Job summary

D.H. Griffin Wrecking Co., Inc. is seeking experienced CDL A drivers for Greensboro, NC to transport heavy equipment using a 7-axle lowboy, 48’ flatbed, or tandem rollback.

The role operates within our own fleet for our own jobs and requires a valid CDL A and a clean MVR. Employees may work 6am–5pm, Monday through Friday, with a possible 2 nights out and weekend time at home. Benefits include vacation/holidays, 401K with company match, and health and dental coverage through Blue Cross Blue

• Minimum 2 years driving experience.
• Experience in construction/demolition environment a plus.

D.H. Griffin Wrecking Co., Inc., is one of the leading demolition specialists in the country.Our Greensboro, NC Division is accepting applications for experienced CDL A drivers to transport heavy equipment with a 7-axle lowboy, 48’ flatbed, or tandem axle rollback at our Burnt Poplar Division.

Job Requirements

• CDL A Driver’s License required.
• Clean MVR
• Minimum 2 years driving experience and a safe working ethic.
• Experience operating in a construction or demolition environment a plus.
• All employees must be able to pass a background test and drug screening which meets DOT requirements.
• TWIC card for entry into power plants and government installations a plus, but not required.
• Hours are 6am – 5 pm, Monday through Friday
• Possibility of 2 nights out of town
• Home on weekends

We operate a late model fleet of Peterbilt trucks. We ONLYtransport our own equipment to our OWN jobs. We are not a for-hire carrier.
