Pay & Schedule Options

We offer great pay with flexible options designed to support safety, consistency, and quality of life — not just chasing miles.

Option 1: 3 weeks out / 5 days home. Base pay of $97,800, with possible incentives increasing earnings up to $129,000.

Option 2: 4 weeks out / 10 days home. Base pay of $82,560, with possible incentives increasing earnings up to $110,560. Additional schedule options may also be available.
