J Rose Enterprises is hiring Company Driver (W2) for a Dedicated Regional fleet. Top mileage rate is $0.70 CPM with weekly earnings of $1,680–$1,750 and about 2,400–2,500 miles weekly. Home weekly with a 34–48 hour reset.

Requires a valid Class A CDL and either 1 year of verifiable experience in the last 24 months or 6 months in the last 12 months, with OTR/Regional experience. East of I-35 routes across PA, OH, IN, etc., with safety as a priority.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL.
• 1 year of verifiable experience within the last 24 months, OR 6 months of verifiable experience within the last 12 months with OTR/Regional exposure.
• OTR or Regional experience is required; Local-only driving does not qualify.
• Clean driving record and solid professional work history.

Responsibilities

• Drive for a dedicated regional fleet with miles and home weekly cadence.
• Operate with top mileage structure and 0.70 CPM on all miles.
• Maintain safety, reliability, and compliance while on routes East of I-35.

Company Driver (W2)

• Top Mileage Rate: $0.70 CPM paid on all miles.
• Weekly Earnings: $1,680 – $1,750 gross per week.
• Consistent Volume: Average 2,400 – 2,500 miles per week. This is exceptional mileage for a fleet that gets you home every single week!
• Home Time:Out 7 days, home 2-3 days.

Running Area:

• Steady regional lanes spanning everywhere East of the I-35 corridor (includes the South and the Midwest—PA, OH, IN, etc.).

Qualifications & Hiring Requirements:

• License: Valid Class A CDL.
