Job summary

Stampede Culinary Partners is seeking a Class A CDL Driver for local routes in Alma, GA. This is a local driving position operating regional, typically 5 days per week Monday–Friday.

You will safely transport goods, perform pre-trip inspections, maintain logs, and comply with DOT regulations. The role requires 3+ years of Class A tractor-trailer experience, a valid CDL, and a current DOT Medical Certificate. We offer weekly pay and full benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of Class A tractor-trailer (OTR) driving experience.
• Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL).
• Current DOT Medical Examiner's Certificate.
• Strong commitment to safety and regulatory compliance.
• Ability to work independently and maintain accurate records.

Responsibilities

• Safely transport finished goods and raw materials in refrigerated tractor-trailers.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure vehicles are safe and roadworthy.
• Document and maintain logs of driving time, rest periods, mileage, fuel purchases, and toll receipts.
• Comply with DOT regulations and company policies and procedures.
• Maneuver trailers into loading/unloading positions as needed.
• Collect, verify, and follow delivery instructions.
• Report vehicle defects, accidents, or mechanical issues promptly.

Where You'll Drive

Schedule

• Typically 5 days per week Monday- Friday

Essential Responsibilities

• Safely transport finished goods and raw materials in refrigerated tractor-trailers.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure vehicles are safe and roadworthy.
• Document and maintain accurate logs of driving time, rest periods, mileage, fuel purchases, and toll receipts.
• Comply with all applicable DOT regulations, including size, weight, route, parking, and hours-of-service requirements, as well as company policies and procedures.
• Maneuver trailers into loading and unloading positions as needed. (Trailers are preloaded and located in the company yard or at the shipper.)
• Collect, verify, and follow delivery instructions.
• Promptly report any vehicle defects, accidents, traffic violations, or mechanical issues.
