Job summary

Martin Bros. is seeking dependable Delivery Drivers to provide professional and accurate delivery service to customers. The role requires a Class A CDL and involves early morning routes with long shifts and high weekly hours.

You will stack, scan, and transport products, deliver to temperature-controlled areas, handle returns, and provide excellent customer service. Drivers will greet customers professionally, follow company procedures, and maintain safety and DOT compliance.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL with good driving record.
• Current DOT medical card or ability to obtain one.
• Understanding of FMCSA rules and regulations.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Enjoy working with the public and serving a variety of customers.
• This is a physical job with lifting and handcart use.
• Must pass pre-employment background check and DOT drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Make accurate and on-time deliveries to customers.
• Stack, scan, and transport products safely.
• Place product in designated temperature-controlled areas (cooler, freezer, dry storage).
• Issue credits and handle returns as directed.
• Perform customer service functions including collections when required.
• Communicate with supervisor or Transportation office as needed.
