Job summary

W.B. Mason is seeking a dependable Class A CDL Delivery Driver for full-time night routes in Norwalk, CT. You’ll drop off and pick up deliveries, meet deadlines, and build positive customer relationships while adhering to FMCSA/DOT rules.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL and clean driving record.
• DOT medical certificate eligibility or ability to obtain.
• Ability to work independently and pass pre/post-trip inspections.

Responsibilities

• Working overnight and meeting time limits.
• Accurately dropping off and picking up deliveries.
• Building positive customer relationships and ensuring client satisfaction.
• Obtaining client signatures on deliveries.
• Performing daily pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections.
• Following FMCSA, DOT and traffic laws.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:

• Working overnight

WHAT YOU'LL NEED:

• 1+ years of driving experience
• Valid Class A CDL and a clean driving record
• Must be able to obtain and maintain DOT medical certificate
• High school degree or equivalent
• Ability to work independently
• Ability to lift at least 50 pounds
• Time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines
• Fantastic communication and customer service skills
• Willingness to work in various weather conditions
