Job summary

Amanwithaplanservices in Indianapolis is seeking Class A CDL tractor trailer drivers for a dedicated regional dry van fleet. This 100% touch-freight role offers about 1100 miles per week, early AM starts, and a 34-hour reset at home. Training ride-along precedes tractor assignment with pay.

Compensation ranges by experience at 0.89–0.92 USD per mile, plus a $2,500 sign-on bonus and per-unload/backhaul pay. W2 benefits and insurance are provided.

• Must Have 3 months 53' Tractor Trailer experience within last year.

Responsibilities

• Dedicated regional dry van operations with 100% touch freight.
• Unloading is driver-assisted (box-by-box on rollers).
• New hires ride with a current driver for 1 week at $150 per day before taking a tractor.

100% touch freight driver unload (box by box using rollers), Average 3 loads per week
