Velocity TruckingPros LLC is seeking CDL-A local dedicated drivers for dry and refrigerated deliveries with daily home time on fixed five-day schedules. • Personal vehicle required for daily commute to the terminal; open to night, weekend, and holiday shifts.
• Acceptable driving history/MVR, active DOT Medical Card, and passing pre-hire DOT drug testing.

Responsibilities

• Deliver dry and refrigerated freight on local routes with daily home time.
• Maintain on-time deliveries and proper communication with dispatch.
• Operate slip-seat in late-model day cabs while performing 100% no-touch freight (live unloads).

CDL-A Local Dedicated Driver | $2,500 Sign-On Bonus + Daily Home Time

Looking for daily home time with predictable local routes and zero-touch freight? We are hiring dedicated CDL-A drivers for dry and refrigerated delivery loops running 5-day schedules with set weekly days off.

• Sign-On Bonus: $2,500 total ($250 on 1st load, $250 at 30/60/120/150 days, $500 at 90 days, $750 at 180 days)
• Weekly Earnings: $1,400+ weekly average ($70,000–$95,000+ yearly; top earners make $1,800+/week)
• Pay Structure: Higher of CPM ($0.56–$0.63 based on tenure) OR Mileage Band Pay ($40–$90 for short runs under 225 mi) + $20 per stop
• Home Time & Schedule: Home daily with a set 48-hour weekly reset; 11–14 hour shifts (5 days on, 2 days off; weekend shifts required)
• Freight & Fleet: 100% no-touch dry/reefer freight (live unloads); ~1,600–1,700 weekly miles; slip-seat operation in late-model day cabs
• Time Off & Support: On-site 24/7 support team + paid vacation (1 wk after 1 yr, up to 4 wks after 10 yrs)

Driver Requirements

• Experience & Licensing: Unexpired Commercial Driver's License (Class A) with at least 90 days of verifiable tractor-trailer experience in the trailing 6 months.
• Site Access & Availability: Personal vehicle required for daily commute to the terminal; open to working night, weekend, and holiday shifts.
• Vetting Standards: Acceptable driving history/MVR, active DOT Medical Card, and mandatory passing of pre-hire DOT drug testing.
