Job summary

Skilled Trades Services is hiring Class A and Class B drivers for full-time roles with early morning shifts and routes across New York and the Northeast. CDL A offers $34/hr and CDL B offers $25/hr with live unloads and use of lift gates and pallet jacks.

Shifts run Monday through Friday from 2am–5am until the job is done, delivering raw materials to mom-and-pop stores, bakeries, grocery stores, and distribution centers.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in truck driving.
• Commercial driver's license.
• Ability to handle physical workload.
• Strong work ethic.

Job description

We are seeking Class A and Class B Drivers to join our team!

Driver shifts are Monday through Friday from between 2am and 5am until the job is done! Drivers will be making deliveries throughout New York and the North East! Class A Drivers will have a layover on their route! CDL A is 34/hr CDL B is Local and 25/hr

This is for the delivery of raw material to mom and pops, grocery stores, bakeries and distribution centers(live unloads) Trucks have lift gates and drivers will utilize electric pallet jacks and 2 wheelers to unload product. Regional routes can vary between 500 to 1500 mile

Responsibilities:

• Unload cargo
• Properly track and document activity log
• Report any issues or incidents to dispatch
• Inspect truck before and after trip
