Breaux Petroleum Products, a leading provider of fuel and lubricants, is seeking a dedicated and experienced Class A and B CDL Flatbed/Stepdeck Truck Driver to join our team in Lockport, LA. In this role, you will be responsible for the safe and timely transportation of products while working closely with our dispatch team to ensure excellent customer service. Physical Demands
Be able to pass pre-employment physical including a drug screen. The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to walk, sit, talk, and hear. The employee is frequently required to use hands to finger, handle, feel or operate objects, tools, or controls, reach with hands and arms, climb or balance, stoop, kneel, or squat while being exposed to various climate conditions. An employee needs to be able to secure the load on the truck by strapping it in place according to the DOT guidelines as part of his job duties. Able to pull hoses to connect to valves/tanks. Must be able to lift 35-51 lbs. sometimes overhead.
The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 51 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close and far vision, and the ability to adjust focus. Employees may be required to operate a forklift (equipment) when needed as part of his/her job duties.
