Job summary

Optimum Staffing , Inc is seeking a CDL-A driver for OTR routes out of Nashville, TN. You will operate a Sleeper Cab with a 53′ Dry Van, complete inspections, and stay compliant with DOT regulations to maximize miles and earnings.

Weekly pay is provided, with 1,500–2,200 dollars per week typical and shifts that include Sunday through Friday rotations. Expect 10–12 hour days and home every weekend on top equipment.

Qualifications

• Valid CDL-A driver’s license.
• 2+ years of verifiable OTR experience preferred.
• Sleeper cab experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Drive and haul general freight and wire on dedicated OTR routes within a 700-800 mile radius of Nashville.
• Operate sleeper cab with 53′ dry van trailer.
• Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections and maintain DOT compliance.
• Return to terminal to swap trailers and maximize weekly miles.
• Perform drop-and-hook deliveries with preloaded trailers.

• Earn $0.60 CPM + $15.00 Per Stop | $1,500-$2,200/Week
• Paid Weekly | Home Every Weekend | Top-of-the-Line Equipment
• Work Sunday-Friday with 10-12 hour shifts and varying dispatch times.
• Operate a Sleeper Cab pulling a 53′ Dry Van trailer.
• Haul general freight and wire on dedicated OTR routes within a 700-800 mile radius of Nashville, TN.
• Average 2,700-3,000 miles per week with 100% no-touch freight.
• Perform drop-and-hook deliveries with preloaded trailers, allowing you to maximize miles and earning potential.
• Complete pre-trip/post-trip inspections, maintain DOT compliance, and safely transport freight while providing professional service.
• Return to the terminal to swap trailers and head back out, keeping you moving and maximizing weekly income.

Requirements

• Valid Class A CDL required.
• Minimum 24 months of recent verifiable CDL-A driving experience.
• Must be at least 23 years old.
• Experience operating a Sleeper Cab with a 53′ Dry Van trailer.
• Comfortable driving 2,700-3,000 miles per week on OTR routes.
• Experience with drop-and-hook freight preferred.
• Strong safety record, dependable attendance, and motivated to maximize miles and earnings.
• Must pass a DOT Physical, Drug Screen, Background Check, and MVR Review.
