Green Bay Packaging Fort Worth Division is seeking a Clamp Truck Operator to safely transport, store, and stage rolls and materials while protecting product quality and production flow.

Responsibilities include pre-shift inspections, inventory scanning, and assisting with warehouse and production tasks. The role emphasizes safety, teamwork, and reliable material movement on an on-site basis.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience with clamp trucks, forklifts, or material handling preferred.
• Ability to obtain and maintain powered industrial truck certification.
• Basic understanding of warehouse operations and inventory control.
• Ability to read work orders, shipping documents, and inventory records.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.

Responsibilities

• Operate clamp trucks and material handling equipment safely and efficiently.
• Move paper rolls, corrugated sheets, finished products, and raw materials to designated locations.
• Load and unload trailers, railcars, and warehouse storage areas.
• Perform pre-shift inspections and complete equipment checklists.
• Inspect loads for damage and report discrepancies promptly.
• Follow safety procedures and OSHA requirements.
• Maintain accurate inventory movements using scanners.
• Assist with warehouse organization and housekeeping.
• Support production by supplying materials to equipment and removing finished goods.
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and production personnel.
• Turn in roll stock tallies and report time/usage.
