Green Bay Packaging Fort Worth Division is seeking a Clamp Truck Operator to safely operate powered industrial clamp trucks, transport rolls and materials, and support production with timely material handling. On-site role with compliance to safety standards and routine inspections.

The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or GED, clamp truck experience or forklift background, and the ability to obtain certification.

Competenze

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Ability to obtain and maintain powered industrial truck certification.
• Basic understanding of warehouse operations and inventory control.
• Ability to read work orders, shipping documents, and inventory records.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
• Previous clamp truck, forklift, or material handling experience preferred.

Mansioni

• Operate clamp trucks and other material handling equipment safely and efficiently.
• Move paper rolls, corrugated sheets, finished products, and raw materials to designated locations.
• Load and unload trailers, railcars, and warehouse storage areas.
• Perform pre-shift inspections and complete equipment checklists.
• Inspect loads for damage and report discrepancies immediately.
• Ensure proper clamp pressure and handling techniques are used to prevent product damage.
• Follow all company safety procedures, OSHA requirements, and facility policies.
• Maintain accurate inventory movements using scanners.
• Assist with warehouse organization and housekeeping activities.
• Support production by supplying materials to equipment and removing finished goods.
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and production personnel.
• Report equipment malfunctions, safety concerns, and operational issues promptly.
• Participate in continuous improvement and safety initiatives.
• Turn in roll stock tallies to the corrugator supervisor or Scheduling Department.
• Responsible for correct reporting of time, production, and material usage.
• Assists crew in startup, running, changing over, and cleaning up the machine.
• Other job tasks and projects as assigned.
