Job summary

Penske Logistics is looking for warehouse associates to join a safety-conscious and outgoing team in Aurora, IL. This role supports accurate loading, staging and shipping with a Monday–Friday schedule and the chance to grow in a hands-on warehouse environment.

The position offers $21.00 per hour with a benefits package including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, 401(k), and paid time off, plus a boot allowance after 90 days. Penske is an Equal Opportunity Employer.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Proficiency in reading and following directions.
• Ability to work independently and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Willingness to work overtime and adapt to schedule.
• Ability to operate in non-climate-controlled conditions.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklift and pallet jacks where applicable.
• Accurately match numbers and letters for inventory.
• Stage and sort products for loading and shipping.
• Load and unload trailers in a safe manner.
• Read production and shipping orders to locate items.
• Assemble customer orders and place on pallets or shelves.
• Move materials within the warehouse and package for shipping.
