Job summary

Pratt is seeking a Clamp Truck Operator to safely move rolls to the corrugator on the 3rd shift (9:00 pm to 6:00 am Sunday and 10:00 pm to 6:00 am Monday–Thursday). You will operate the clamp truck, handle rolls, and complete shift inspections; a current Lift Truck/Clamp Truck Operator License is required.

Starting pay is $22.00 per hour plus shift differential, with full benefits after one month and opportunities for growth and promotions.

Qualifications

• Must have a current Lift Truck/Clamp Truck Operator License.
• Reading and following factory instructions.
• Ability to read a tape measure with speed and accuracy.
• Strong math and measurement calculation skills.

Responsibilities

• Transport paper rolls to the corrugator and record movements.
• Read corrugator lineups and verify roll sizes.
• Inspect rolls for damage and unload from trailers/rail cars.
• Operate clamptruck safely and complete shift inspections.
• Maintain organized warehouse and report roll stock tallies.
• Support production schedule adherence and suggest optimizations.
