International Paper – Gilroy, CA is seeking a Clamp Truck Operator to unload, move, and organize rolls, operate forklifts safely, and support production across all three shifts. The role requires flexibility to work 12-hour shifts and Saturdays as needed.

This on-site position offers competitive pay at $23.76 per hour plus benefits, with opportunities for cross-training and career progression within a large global packaging company.

Responsibilities

• Unloads raw product from vendor freight cars and trucks
• Transports and organizes rolls as directed
• Fills Propane fuel tanks as needed
• Visually inspects and checks forklift operation prior to shift
• Communicates with Control Room regarding deviations with product or machinery
• Places caps on all exposed roll tops
• Attends all staff meetings and follows safety protocols
• Maintains a clean work area free of debris

Pay Rate:

$23.76 / hr.

Category/Shift:

Hourly Full-Time – Must be flexible to work all three shifts, work 12 hours as need, and Saturdays as needed.

1 st Shift – 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM

2 nd Shift – 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM

3 rd Shift – 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM
