Job summary

Injured Workers Pharmacy, LLC is seeking a Claims Support Coordinator to ensure accurate and timely processing of workers' compensation prescription claims. You will liaise with carriers, providers, legal reps, patients and internal teams to investigate issues, validate data, resolve discrepancies, and support reimbursement.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in healthcare, insurance, pharmacy operations, or revenue cycle management.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Validate claim data and patient/claim details before invoices.
• Investigate complex claims issues and resolve discrepancies.
• Coordinate with insurance carriers, providers, legal reps, and patients to obtain required documentation.
• Manage multiple work queues to meet quality, productivity, and SLA targets.
• Document communications accurately in company systems.
• Stay current on workers' compensation regulations and company policies.
• Identify process improvements to enhance efficiency and customer experience.
