Job summary

Gallagher Bassett is seeking an experienced claims leader to oversee a Workers' Compensation claims team. You will supervise a diverse caseload, enforce Best Practices, and drive hiring and training to elevate performance.

The role requires extensive TX claims experience, licensure across states, and at least 10 years in claims. This position offers fully remote work with a national scope, competitive compensation, and comprehensive benefits within a collaborative, people-first culture.

Overview

• Claims Background: Candidates should have prior adjusting experience handling workers compensation claims.
• Prior leadership experience: Minimum of 2 years prior leadership/people management experience in a claims environment required.
• Jurisdictional experience: Must have Texas claims handling experience. Additional experience in AZ, OK, CO, and/or UT would be a plus.
• Licenses: TX, OK, and/or UT
• Location: This role is eligible for fully remote work.

About You
