Job summary

Sedgwick Claims Management Services Ltd is seeking a Claims Representative, Auto in Seven Hills, OH. You will analyze and process auto claims, determine damage, and process payments while keeping files well documented and coded.

Qualifications

  • Ability to review property damage estimates and negotiate first/third party claims.
  • Knowledge of total loss processing and salvage forms.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze and process auto claims; assess damage, make payments, and document filings.
  • Develop action plans to meet state contract deadlines and move files to resolution.
  • Identify subrogation opportunities; secure and dispose salvage.
  • Communicate claim actions with insured, client, and broker; maintain client relations.
  • Perform coverage, liability, and damage analysis on claims assignments.
  • Support the organization's quality programs.
