Job summary

Florida Farm Bureau Insurance Company is seeking a Claims Rep to handle all claims in the Ft. Lauderdale area. You will investigate, validate, evaluate, negotiate, and settle assigned claims, while maintaining files and reporting outcomes in accordance with department procedures.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree and the ability to obtain an Adjuster’s license within 6 months. Strong communication and negotiation skills are essential, along with a solid understanding of auto and property

SUMMARY

We are looking for a Claims Rep to work in Ft. Lauderdale, FL. You will be responsible for handling all claims in assigned territory to a proper conclusion.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES

• Submit reserve recommendations on assigned claims.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

• Must have a bachelor’s degree from four-year college or university
• Obtain Adjuster’s license in 6 months
