Responsibilities

• Responsible for accurate and timely claim submission.
• Collects and reviews patient insurance benefit information.
• Provides assistance in completing and submitting necessary insurance forms.
• Submits all necessary insurance forms and electronic claims.
• Researches and resolves electronic claim denials.

Understanding of payer eligibility
