Qualifications

• Background in insurance claims in Medicare/Life/Health products is a plus.
• Ability to read and understand policy language.
• Basic medical terminology knowledge encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Audit internal paperwork as claims move between departments.
• Ensure claims are processed per policy and contract provisions.
• Verify proper documentation accompanies all claims.
• Audit output of group/customer-facing documents.
• Manage audits and report discrepancies; assist in corrections.
• Support process-improvement discussions with management.
