Job summary

West Bend is seeking a dedicated claims professional to manage complex, high‑exposure claims within a specialized line of business. You will provide technical guidance to adjusters and managers, evaluate coverage, and collaborate with defense counsel on litigated matters.

You will use modern claims technology to investigate and resolve claims, lead process improvements, and train team members while delivering exceptional customer service in a compliant environment.

This position offers both remote and hybrid work locations. Candidates who reside within 50 miles of an office location (West Bend, Madison, Appleton) will be offered a hybrid work schedule. Candidates who are fully remote (beyond 50 miles) may occasionally be asked to travel to an office location for in‑person engagement activities such as team meetings, training and corporate events.
