You will work between injured workers, healthcare providers, employers, and legal teams, applying detailed evaluations and negotiations to settle claims. The program emphasizes growth within claims, training, and leadership development, with a Monday–Friday schedule in-office.

Qualifications

• 4-year degree or 3 years of relevant experience.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively and independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Interest in building a long-term career in insurance or claims management.
• 15-22 Paid Holidays and 18 days of PTO.
