Job summary

Blue Cross of Idaho is seeking a claims reviewer to assess claims, determine denials or approvals, and identify cases needing further investigation. You will apply company policies and contracts while reporting issues and escalating where appropriate.

The role supports the health insurance process, with emphasis on accuracy and compliance. Training and development are provided to help you grow within the organization.

Qualifications

• Reviews claims and determines denial, acceptance or need for further investigation.
• Recognizes and reports issues and escalates as necessary.
• Reviews existing claims for errors and omissions and interprets and applies all business rules, policies and contract.
