Wagner Equipment Co. in Colorado is seeking a skilled Risk Management professional to oversee contract management, claims, insurance, and compliance across the department.

The role requires handling claim files, administering drug and alcohol testing programs, and ensuring ISNet/Avetta compliance while supporting internal customers with insurance needs.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of customer service experience.
• 1+ years of contract/legal experience.
• 1+ years of claims experience.
• 1+ years of insurance experience.
• Must possess professional written and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with contract compliance and reviews.
• Manage and respond to contract compliance issues, ensuring terms are met and deviations are escalated.
• Establishes and maintains claim files.
• Manages the outside hauling vendor program.
• Administers and owns the random drug and alcohol testing programs.
• Processes department invoices and billings.
• Assists internal customers with insurance requests for equipment rentals and contracts.
• Point of contact for company certificates of insurance.
• Maintains compliance with customer safety requirements via ISNet, Avetta and other compliance websites.
• Must have strong organizational skills and be able to prioritize schedule.
• Responsible for all subrogation efforts for auto accidents.
• Maintains the risk management intranet page.

This position will be responsible for contract management, claims management, insurance, and risk related functions within the Risk Management department. Pay Rate: $56,784.00 - $68,540.33 Annually

Pay rate is dependent upon education & experience.

Required Education and Experience:

• High School Diploma or GED
• 3+ Years of Customer Service Experience
• 1+ Years of Contract/Legal Experience
• 1+ Years of Claims Experience
• 1+ Years of Insurance Experience

Competencies:

• Must have professional written and oral communication skills
• Must proficiently operate computer and assigned software programs
• Must have working knowledge of insurance
• Must be familiar with claims processing
• Must have excellent organizational and analytical skills
• A working knowledge of medical and/or legal terms is desired, but not required
