Manheim, a Cox Automotive company, is seeking a Claims Associate I to learn the ropes of resolving customer complaints and preventing repeat issues. You will work with buyers, sellers, and dealers to coordinate and validate returns and claims from day one.
You’ll review claims, investigate cases, and collaborate across departments to move disputes toward resolution while following company policies and arbitration guidelines.

Hourly base pay rate is $19.90 - $29.81/hour. The hourly base rate may vary within the anticipated range based on factors such as the ultimate location of the position and the selected candidate’s knowledge, skills, and abilities. Position may be eligible for additional compensation that may include commission (annual, monthly, etc.) and/or an incentive program.
