• Determine coverage applicability by querying the tracking system.
• Request quick issue certificates if no coverage exists and follow up.
• Review initial claim filings for required documentation.
• Request missing documents as needed to process claims.
• Maintain regular contact with clients to secure required documents.
• Review all claim documents to ensure information is provided for accurate settlement recommendations.
• Assist licensed adjusters with processing claims within underwriting guidelines.
