About the Claims Analyst Role:
As a Claims Analyst within our Life & Health Claims team, you will develop expertise in assessing and managing claims while supporting Swiss Re's commitment to delivering fair, timely, and thoughtful claim outcomes for our clients.
You will primarily focus on mortality claims while gaining exposure toadditionalLife & Health product lines, including group life, accidental death, disability income, and waiver of premium claims. Through a combination of on-the-job learning, coaching, and collaboration with colleagues across underwriting and client management, you'llbuilda strong foundationin claims assessment, risk analysis, and client service.

Throughout theprogramme, you will follow a structured development plan tailored to your strengths and career aspirations, with ongoing feedback and exposure to colleagues across Swiss Re's Life & Health organization.

About You:
We are looking for people who:
Have completed, or are about to complete, a Bachelor's orMaster's degree in Business, Finance, Pre-Law, Risk Management, Insurance, or a related field, with a cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher.
Have no more than three years of professional experience.
Are intellectually curious about insurance, risk management, and the role claims plays in helping clients navigate complex and meaningful life events.
Bring strong analytical, data management, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to evaluate information and make sound decisions.
Communicate clearly and build effective relationships with clients, colleagues, and business partners.
Demonstrate strong organizational skills and attention to detail while managing multiple priorities.
Enjoy working both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
Bring a client-focused mindset and a commitment to delivering high-quality service.
Are interested in developing technicalexpertiseand building a long-term career in the insurance and reinsurance industry.
Are willing to obtain any required adjuster licensing.
This role includes 25% travel to attendindustry conferences, client meetings,client trainingmeetings,client auditmeetingsand underwritingmeetingsas necessary.
The base salary for this role is $70,000. Candidates with advanced degrees may be eligible for a higherbasecompensation. Please note that the compensation details listed reflect the base salary only and do not include short-term incentives or other benefits offered.
