Adjustor License in one of the listed state's above

3+ years of Workers' Compensation claims experience

Experience managing high-volume caseloads (150+ active claims)

Ability to manage claims from first report through closure

Strong litigation management and compensability decision experience

Experience establishing reserves and handling benefit payments

Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work with urgency

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Preferred experience:

• Public entities, municipalities, or school districts
• Complex and litigated workers' compensation claims

This role involves working closely with injured employees, employers, attorneys, medical providers, and other stakeholders throughout the claim lifecycle while driving claims toward efficient resolution and maintaining compliance with all reporting and documentation requirements.
