Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• 2+ years of claims adjusting or related experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Valid driver's license and access to reliable vehicle.

Responsabilités

• Investigate and assess insurance claims to determine liability and coverage.
• Interview policyholders, witnesses, and other relevant parties to gather information.
• Review medical records, repair estimates, and other documentation to support claims decisions.
• Negotiate with clients, adjusters, and other parties to reach a fair and satisfactory resolution.
• Prepare and submit reports to the claims department and the underwriting department.
• Stay updated with industry trends and regulations to ensure compliance and continuous improvement.
• Provide exceptional customer service to our clients throughout the claims process.
