Responsibilities

• Assess, investigate, and document insurance claims to determine liability and coverage.
• Interview policyholders, witnesses, and other relevant parties to gather information.
• Evaluate and appraise damaged property and vehicles to assess the extent of loss.
• Recommend appropriate settlements or denials of claims based on policies and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain accurate records of all claims and related documentation.
• Stay informed about changes in insurance laws, regulations, and industry best practices.
