Job summary

Hyundai MOBIS North America Electrified Powertrain, LLC is seeking a CKD Operations Specialist to oversee and optimize complete knock-down manufacturing processes. You will coordinate packaging, logistics, inventory, and data-driven improvements across cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in manufacturing, logistics, or CKD-related operations.
• Bachelor's degree in supply chain, logistics, industrial engineering, business, or related field.
• Knowledge of CKD packaging standards and export processes.
• Familiarity with ERP/MRP systems (SAP, Oracle).
• Lean manufacturing or Six Sigma certification.
• Supervisory or team-lead experience.

• Prepare reports, documentation, and presentations related to CKD performance and KPIs.
• Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and regulatory requirements across CKD activities.

Required Education & Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in manufacturing, logistics, supply chain, or CKD-related operations
• Bachelor's degree in supply chain, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Business, or a related field
• Strong understanding of production processes, material flow, and packaging standards
• Proficiency in data analysis, reporting, and problem-solving
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Education & Experience

• Experience in automotive manufacturing or Tier 1 supplier operations
• Knowledge of CKD packaging standards, export processes, or international logistics
• Familiarity with ERP/MRP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.)
• Lean manufacturing or Six Sigma certification
• Supervisory or team-lead experience
