Verdantas is hiring a Civil Water Resources Project Manager to support our Philadelphia, PA office.


Responsibilities:
  • Manage diverse projects involving multidisciplinary teams
  • Develop and maintain client relationships as primary or secondary client contact for projects
  • Lead in the development of strategy, the scope of work, and budget for projects
  • Design and oversee the preparation of construction documents, applications for agency review, and/or reports
  • Maintain overall project quality consistent with company and professional standards
  • Plan and execute work tasks, as well as oversee tasks of team members, to meet project deadlines and budgets
  • Solve problems creatively and effectively
  • Communicate effectively and proactively with management, peers, and clients
  • Motivate, mentor, and encourage junior staff and help the team achieve success

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Environmental, or Water Resources Engineering; Graduate degree preferred
  • 7+ years of experience in Civil, Environmental, or Water Resources Engineering
  • PE Required; Pennsylvania PA preferred
  • AutoCAD proficient, Civil 3D a plus
  • Understanding of hydrologic and hydraulic principles and models for analysis
  • Experience in Philadelphia strongly preferred
